We are so excited to be partnering with Williams Elementary School again to put on Cookies & Cocoa with Santa December 14th from 5-7 PM, deepening our relationship with them and our Tom Watkins neighbors!
Your presence and willingness to serve enable us to build these partnerships and relationships within our community!

Cookies & Cocoa with Christmas Dinner

Where: Williams Elementary School
What to Wear: This is a time for festivity in full Christmas casual! Wear a favorite Christmas sweater, throw on a blingy elf hat or reindeer ears and come on down!

Schedule:

Saturday
3:00 – Food runners pick up meals from Victory Mission
3:50 – 4:15 Volunteers arrive & check in with Gabi
4:15 – 4:45 FW prayer & event overview with volunteers
4:45 – 4:55 Volunteers meet with section leads at station. Section leads are as follows: Denver & Maria Tindell for entry & tickets in the hallway; Jessica Beherends and Laura Maldanado for Cookies, cocoa & Santa in the library; and Nicky Young in the gymnasium for food service.
5:00 – Event begins (food service open, cookies & cocoa open, Santa line open)
7:00 – Event ends

7:00 – 7:20 Clean up
